Wesley Snipes is doing everything possible to appeal that three year prison sentence for tax evasion.  He says that his work to help fight off terrorist basically makes him a hero!! O.k. whateva Wes!!

Anywhoo, since he hasn’t had a script since To Wong Fu: Thanks for everything Julie Newmar, Wesley has been teaching martial arts to flight crews.  The troubled star, 45, was handed the sentence in April after he was found guilty for failing to file taxes for five years.  He is free pending appeal, which his defense will credit his work for helping to stop the notorious “shoe bomb” attack by terrorist Richard Reid.  

All I have to say is, Wes should have kept those jacked up comments he made about sistas (reasons why he dates only Asian women because black women are lazy, jealous,disobedient, etc) in JET several years ago, to himself.  Once the sisters stop supporting his movies, it was a WRAP!  Let Ming Lee send you some commissary money, snooky!!

The Hot Tea Honey Bees report that, Rapper Da Brat was sentenced to three years behind bars, seven years of probation and 200 hours of community service Friday morning (August 22) for striking a woman in the face with a rum bottle. The October 2007 incident at an Atlanta-area nightclub left the victim’s face permanently scarred.
