The former personal physician, to the King of Pop, is facing maximum sentencing.

According to legal experts, Conrad Murray, who was convicted Monday of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson, could face a substantial prison sentence.

Murray faces a maximum sentence of four years in prison and a minimum sentence of probation.

Immediately after the verdict, the judge ordered Murray to remain in custody pending sentencing November 29th.  He was immediately handcuffed, with deep sighs and cries from his family.

The stern approach the judge took in sending Murray to jail rather than releasing him on bail suggested the minimum sentence of probation is unlikely.

According to In Touch Weekly, an “insider” revealed the exclusive news of the mega-star duo’s separation.

TMZ, reported that Jada’s rep denied the rumors saying…..

“What!? In Touch said that? I know nothing about this…..Lord! I’m going back to bed!”

Will and Jada have two kids together…..pop singer Willow and actor Jaden.

Will also has a son Trey, from his previous marriage.
