During an interview with “Frank & Wanda” on Atlanta’s V103, attorney Mark Twigg explained that the family welcomed Whitney’s ex-husband Bobby Brown to attend her funeral, but under certain restrictions.

One agreement……

That Brown, who had been married to Houston for 15 years before their 2007 divorce, would sit with the family at New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, N.J., without others in his entourage including his other children.

The other…….

Was that Brown would not reach out to his daughter Bobbi Kristina during the four-hour service unless she reached out to him first.

Trigg told Frank and Wanda that Brown broke both agreements, by trying to sit in the family section with his other children accompanying him.

And, trying to make contact with Bobby Kristina without her initiating the approach.

After security enforced the stipulations, Brown and his three children left, before the service begin.

In a statement shortly after leaving the church, Brown said he was “seated by security and then subsequently asked to move on three separate occasions.” He said he could not understand “why security treated my family this way.” To avoid creating a scene, he said he “gave a kiss to the casket of my ex-wife and departed.”

THE TEA HERE“Lost Without U” crooner Robin Thicke was arrested on a minor drug charge while driving in New York City.

According to the tea, Thicke was arrested on Friday in Manhattan near Madison Square Park.

Police allege he was pulled over and they saw a joint inside his black SUV.

He was given a desk appearance ticket and released.

Thicke is the son of “Growing Pains” actor Alan Thicke and the husband of actress Paula Patton!

“The Help” racked up three trophies at this year’s 43rd Annual NAACP Image Awards.

The hit motion picture produced by Disney, featured actresses Viola Davis and Octavia Spence as black maids who speak out against their white employers during the civil rights movement.

Davis took home top actress honors; Spencer- the supporting actress prize, and the film outstanding motion picture.

The ceremony Friday at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, which honored diversity in the arts, was highlighted with moving tributes to Whitney Houston, the Black Stuntmen’s Association and George Lucas and the Tuskegee Airmen.

The TEA HEREAccording to TMZ, Terrence Howard can’t get any acting roles because of his estranged wife Michelle’s claims that he violently attacked her.

TMZ obtained documents in the embattled divorce between Terrence and Michelle Howard.

Michelle says that Terrence smacked her, chipped her tooth with his wedding ring and threatened to toss her off of a balcony…..and the list goes on!

Terrence denies all the allegations, but he says…….

“I am gravely concerned that her actions have had an incredibly negative effect on my career and my ability to obtain future work as an actor.”

Terrence’s agent, Jim Toth — actress Reese Witherspoon’s hubby — submitted a declaration in which he cosigned Howard’s claims, saying…….

Terrence has not received any “suitable offers” since the allegations were made, and he only pulled in $60,000 for his last project which ended in September.

Country star Miranda Lambert didn’t hold her tongue on how she felt about R&B singer Chris Brown’s Grammy appearance on Sunday.

Lambert took to Twitter to express her anger……

“He beat on a girl…not cool that we act like that didn’t happen.”

Lambert said Brown needs to listen to her song “Gunpowder & Lead,” about avenging domestic violence and “be put back in his place. Not at the Grammys.”

Brown responded on Twitter saying……

“Hate all u (you) want becuz (because) I got a Grammy now! That’s the ultimate f**k off! I’m back so watch my back as I walk away from all this negativity.”

Houston’s publicist, Kristen Foster, announced that The Associated Press will be allowed a camera at the Saturday ceremony in her hometown of Newark, N.J.

This past Saturday, Whitney’s unexpected death shook the nation!

The 48 year old award winning star was found dead in her Beverly Hills, California hotel.

Her body was flown back to her native New Jersey on Monday.

The cause of death is still unknown!

Family and close friends of the late songstress, will gather at New Hope Baptist Church, where she sang as a child.

Marvin Winans (brother to Whitney’s bff CeCe Winans) will eulogize the service!

She will be buried in Fair View Cemetery in Westfield, where her father, John Russell Houston Jr., was buried in 2003.

CNN, has confirmed the passing of singing sensation Whitney Houston.

Houston, known for her magical voice and overpowering acting, was found dead a day before the Grammy Awards**Tear**

According to L.A police detective Mark Rosen, authorities were called to the Beverly Hilton hotel, where Houston was staying and scheduled to attend Clive Davis’ Pre-Grammy party.

The EMT administered several attempts to revive Houston before she was pronounced dead at 3:55pm.

The cause of death is unknown.

Our heart and prayers go out to Bobby Christina, her mother Cissy, family and friends.

CNN announced today that political contributor Roland Martin is being suspended for his controversial Tweets during Super Bowl.

According to the Washington Post, the network issued this statement…….

“Roland Martin’s tweets were regrettable and offensive. Language that demeans is inconsistent with the values and culture of our organization, and is not tolerated. We have been giving careful consideration to this matter, and Roland will not be appearing on our air for the time being.”

Martin reportedly Tweeted that people should “smack the shigity” out of any male fans of the David Beckham underwear commercial.

If that’s the case, I should’ve been pimped slapped……

Cause I was truly drooling trying to bend it like Beckham!

Baltimore Ravens player Ricky Williams has officially retired from the NFL.

On Tuesday, the Pro Bowl running back confirmed that he is calling it quits after 11 season in the National Football League.

The former Miami Dolphin star released this statement to the University of Texas…….

The NFL has been an amazing page in this chapter of my life. I pray that all successive adventures offer me the same potential for growth, success and most importantly fun. I want to thank all my fans, teammates, coaches and supporters for the strength they’ve given me to overcome so much.”

Williams led the NFL in 2002 with 1,853 yards rushing for the Miami Dolphins and received his lone Pro Bowl invitation that season.

Now 34, Williams assumed a backup role with the Ravens last season. Playing behind Ray Rice, Williams gained 444 yards on 108 attempts and scored two touchdowns.

Congrats Ricky!
