Hero Charles Ramsey tells a local Ohio burger spot to keep his name out their mouths!
Charles Ramsey, the man who helped rescue three women held captive in a Cleveland house said Friday that he’s not endorsing a group of restaurants that are offering him free burgers for life and wants his name kept out of it.
In a written statement through his attorney, Ramsey said “I never told these people they could use my name for this!”
Other area eateries followed suit, deciding a larger tribute was due.
The (Cleveland) Plain Dealer reported, the owner of the restaurant group said that it will drop the burger from the menu.
Scott Kuhn of the Driftwood Restaurant Group said in a statement…..
We are saddened to hear that Chuck did not take this – or the offer of so many Cleveland restaurants to give him free meals – in the spirit we intended.
I’m still stuck on the fact that Ramsey has an attorney.
Lets pray a styling team is next, especially if he’s going to continue making media appearances!
