R&B group Jagged Edge is being sued by a fan!

According to TMZ, popular 90′s group Jagged Edge is being sued by fan Victor Diaz.
Diaz claims that he hired the group to sing their popular song, “Let’s Get Married”, at his wedding as a surprise to his fiance on November 19th.
The groom claims he paid $10,000 to secure the group, but they never showed up.
Members of the Atlanta based band, that consist of twins Brian and Brandon, Kyle, and Wingo, say they were unaware of the commitment and that Diaz was scammed by someone claiming to represent the group.
Diaz disagrees and believes the group knew of the commitment but decided to perform at a higher paying gig on the same weekend.
A representative for the group released a statement expressing their sympathy for Diaz, but still deny the group made the commitment or signed any contract.
This is a very common situation and unfortunate for the entertainer and victim!
