Music producer Pharrell Williams has been tapped as the Music Consultant for the Academy Awards.

Pharrell Williams, one half of hit beat makers The Neptunes, will be working with Composer Hans Zimmer as music consultants for the 84th annual Academy Awards.
The Grammy-winning Williams’ composing credits include the 2010 animated movie “Despicable Me” and his songs have appeared in such films as “Fast & Furious,” “The Brave One,” “Knocked Up” and “Mean Girls.”
It will be his first time working the awards!
The AA’s will air on ABC February 26th.
