Pastor Zachery Tims was found dead in a New York hotel.

According to reports, 42 year old Zachery Tims’ body was discovered in a Times Square hotel, on Friday evening.
Tims, the leader of one of Central Florida’s largest congregations at New Destiny Christian Center in Apopka, was found in his 37th floor room at the W Hotel on Broadway.
Whether Tims was alone, at the time of his death, is unclear.
The city’s medical examiner will perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
In 1996, Tims and his wife, Riva, founded the now mega church, in an Orlando hotel room.
The congregation grew to about 8,000 members.
According to the website Black Christian News, Tims and his wife of 15 years divorced in 2009 after he admitted to having an affair with a stripper!
The couple had joint custody of their children.
