I was leaving Two Urban Licks, a fabulous rustic restaurant in the warehouse district of Southeast Atlanta, and ran into actor Michael Jai White.

As we waited for our cars in valet, White best known as “Marcus”, the henpecked husband of actress Tasha Smith, told me that he was in Atlanta shooting a TV series with, no other than Tyler Perry, of course.

The sitcom, ‘For Better or Worse’, Michael described, is somewhat of a spinoff from the ‘Why DiD I Get Married’ script.

I’m definitely looking forward to it.

Hopefully its leaning towards the first ‘WDIGM’, because the second was a little too dramatic.

And yes ladies, Michael Jai White is just as fine in person as he is on TV!
