WESLEY SNIPES’ APPEAL DENIED!

Actor Wesley Snipes is singing Akon……

“Locked Up…..they won’t let me out!”

According to reports, the Supreme Courts refused to hear Snipes’ appeal, to get his 2008 conviction and prison sentence on tax charges overturned.

The ‘New Jack City’ movie star, started a three-year term in December at the McKean Federal Correctional Institution in Lewis Run, Pa., a federal minimum security prison.

Snipes 48, who has spent several years pursuing appeals, wanted his trial held in New York, where he says he lived, rather than Florida, where he has a driver’s license. The lower courts refused to let him have an evidentiary hearing on this issue.

The once highly demanded actor also appeared in “White Men Can’t Jump” and “Demolition Man” in the early 1990s to the blockbuster “Blade Trilogy.”
