ATL PHOTOGRAPHER SUES DIDDY!

An Atlanta photographer has filed a lawsuit against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and his entertainment company! According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Jabari Tilgham, 30, alleges he was beaten by Diddy’s bodyguard, while working as a photographer at Club Mansion Elan.

Diddy and Miami rapper Rick Ross hosted the after party, at the Atlanta hot spot,  following the BET Hip Hop Awards, last October.

Tilgham claims that he was singled out, from amongst twelve other photogs in the nightclub, by Diddy’s personal security and they started beating him!

A club security guard confirmed Tilgham’s story in a signed affidavit.

In addition to Combs, the suit also includes four unnamed bodyguards and the DeKalb club as defendants.
