Cee Lo Green wasn’t very happy about getting unplugged, during his performance, at this year’s Coachella Festival.
The Goodie Mob singer, turned solo artist, used his hit single to express himself!
The three-day concert series, in the California Indio desert, included a line up with musical stars Kanye West, Duran Duran, the Strokes, Lauryn Hill and more.
But the kick off on Friday, wasn’t at all what the thousands of concert-goers were expecting!
According to the tea, Cee Lo hit the stage almost a full half-hour past his scheduled show time of 4:30pm.
And when he finally showed up, spectators say the Atlanta raised artist was unapologetic….
Mumbling something about “just landing” and “It ain’t my fault; they should’ve given me another set time!”
Lo’s set had been trimmed down to four songs in 20 minutes, due to his tardiness!
During his performance, ‘The Voices’ judge, continued yelling profanity and asked the audience to put their middle fingers in the air, to flip the Coachella team the bird!
Not a good move, because just as he was about to start belting out Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believing”; his mic was unplugged and the set was a wrap!
Cee Lo reportedly huffed, puffed and stomped off the stage!
Ummm…..
So basically Lo, Coachella said no……”F*** You!” *wide-eyed*
In the words of Kim Zolciak….”Don’t be tardy for the party!”
