Although he has yet to admit what happened to his Super Bowl XX ring, former NFL star William ‘The Refrigerator’ Perry has it back!
The TEA HERE
According to the tea, a 10 year old boy from Pittsburgh contacted the former Chicago Bears star to return the momentous item.
Cliff Forrest used $8,500 of his college money to buy the ring….
But instead of keeping it, decided on returning the ring to its rightful owner.
“I Googled Mr Perry and saw that he had a disease and had to sell it because of rough times. He only played in one Super Bowl. I thought he would want it more than I did,” said Forrest.
Perry, who reportedly suffers from Guillain-Barre syndrome, that causes weakness and paralysis, was overwhelmed by the gesture!
Good move kid!
