Former baseball star Tony Gwynn has cancer in a saliva gland!
The Hall of Famer told the San Diego Union-Tribute that the cancer was found early and he is facing several weeks of treatment!

“The doctors have told me there wasn’t much there. But this is a slow moving and aggressive form of cancer,” said Gwynn
According to reports, the parotid cancer was diagnosed after the former San Diego Padres star had a third round of surgery since 1997, to remove a tumor on hos parotid gland!
Gywnn thinks the cancer is related to his many years of dipping…….although he returned to using chewing tobacco after the first two surgeries!
