NFL player Kenny McKinley was found dead in his apartment Monday in an apparent suicide.

According to reports, authorities were called to the Denver Broncos wide receiver’s apartment in Centennial, Colorado and found his body in the second floor master bedroom.
Detectives believe McKinley, only 23, was killed by a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
