Former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick is due in federal court this afternoon for arraignment on 19 felony charges handed down by a grand jury in June.
THE BITTER TEA HERE
Kilpatrick, who is serving 1 1/2 -5years in state prison for obstruction of justice, is charged with income tax violations and wire fraud.
Prosecutors say he used the Kilpatrick Civic Fund for personal and political expenses.
This is just a test…..stay up Kwam!!
