OFFICER PUNCHES 17 YEAR OLD ***CAUGHT ON TAPE***

So, today’s What the Hell Wednesday might make a few folks mad as HELL!

A Seattle police officer was caught on tape punching the shigity out of a 17year old girl, for get this……jaywalking!

The police claimed that the women seen jaywalking were being “verbally antagonistic” toward an officer who asked her and her friends to come toward his patrol car.
