Another day…….another lawsuit!
T-Pain may be in pain, if a lawsuit filed against the rapper makes it to trial.

Pain, whose real name is Faheem Najm, has been sued by Sara Stokes from the MTV series “Making the Band,” for allegedly failing to credit Stokes for a song she wrote for Jennifer Hudson.
According to the lawsuit, Stokes claimed that she co-wrote Hudson’s track “What’s Wrong (Go Away)’ with Pain.
Sara’s lawyers told AHH.com….
“The exploitation of musicians is a story as old as the music and recording industry itself. Unfortunately, too often in today’s popular music culture, the fame and notoriety of some performers may eclipse the considerable contributions and integrity of developing artists/writers, often at the expense of the legal and moral rights of lesser known co-authors.”
The attorney added: “Only slight deviations in the lyrics exist between Stokes’s version and the released version, whereas the whole musical composition is the exact same on which Stokes collaborated with Najm.”
Stokes is reportedly seeking royalty payments as well as a co-writing credit and legal fees.
