The 73 year old Oscar winner said the disease was caught early and he is expecting a full recovery!

Gossett says he decided to speak up about his diagnosis to increase awareness about the disease, particularly in the African-American community.

With preventive examinations and early treatment, prostate cancer is one of the most treatable cancers.

Kudos to Lou for sharing his testimony!

Folks we must take better care of ourselves and visit the doctors on a regular basis!
