According to the tea, Usher’s latest album Raymond vs Raymond has been pushed back again, for yet a second time!

A source close to Jive Records says that until he signs with a new management firm, they will not release the album originally scheduled for February 14th until March 30th.
Reports say Usher and his momager are not working out and have gone their separate ways again!
