BRYANT GUMBEL REVEALS CANCER

TV Personality Bryant Gumbel opened up about his battle with lung cancer on the Live with Regis & Kelly Show.

The HBO ‘Real Sports’ anchor co-hosted the morning show with Kelly Ripa and told the audience that he is still recovering from surgery.

Gumbel says “they opened up my chest, they took a malignant tumor and they took part of my lung and some other goodies.”

He says “the pathology on most of the stuff came back benign, but enough aggressive cells escaped the tumor that it warranted some treatment.”

Gumbel says “it’s done now” and he hopes to get back to his favorite past-time…….golf. SOURCE

Ummm, Bryant don’t say ‘golf’ right now…..bad luck is following that sport! LOLOL
