The former Heat player paid for the funeral of the slain North Carolina girl, after the disturbing news coverage.  

Shaniya’s deliverer, I won’t dare call her a mother, sold her to a pedophile for sexual favors.  The suspect is being charged with kidnapping, rape and murder.  

“I was sitting at home watching it on the news, and the story brought a tear to my eye,” said O’Neal.
