***USING JESUS NAME IN VAIN***

Lawd……why are these folks bothering Tyler Perry, AGAIN?

The Movie and TV Director is being sued by the personal representative of the deceased gospel singer/songwriter Bertha James. {Ms. Bertha get your peoples off Tyler} LOLO

DETAILS AND DOCUMENTS BELOW

The suit claims Perry lifted an entire verse from a song James wrote in 1950 — “When I Think of the Goodness of Jesus” in his movie ‘Madea Goes to Jail.’

You remember this part of the movie, when Madea went before Judge Mabeline and was released from jail:

“When I think about Jesus and all He has done for me.

My souls cries out, Hallelujer!  I thank God for saving me! “

Uh Oh T.P……….they might have something there buddy!!

Ms. Bertha’s estate is also suing Lionsgate Entertainment for copyrights infringement.
