She was extremely friendly during the meet and greet; and actually put on a pretty good performance singing hits such as Comfort Zone, Colors of the Wind, and Save the Best for Last. She also performed a few songs from her new album. Its nice if you like Brazilian Jazz!
Tom also managed to find the 80s group Loose Ends! If you are in your mid 20s and up, you should remember them! They had hits such as Slow Down, Hanging on a String, and Stay a Little While Child….
Check this out, one of the back up singers for L.E, James Gilford, wrote and song the theme song for the tv series Good Times. But of course back then, black man ain’t get no credit!! How crazy is that!!
Joe, Chico DeBarge and Ginuwine also did their thing this weekend!….But you cant have a family reunion without Sunday Service.
Dr. Bobby Jones hosted and introduced the legendary sibling Gospel team! BeBe and CeCe had that ballroom on fire!!! Am I wrong for saying that BeBe is finer than a son of a gun? I was trying to stay focus, but the jeans and t shirt he was wearing had me singing Ginuwine “Is there any more room for me, in those jeans?” The Lord knows my heart!
Israel Houghton and the New Breed also had the roof shaking!! Good Sunday morn’n!
